Terms and Conditions for Exam and Scholarship

1. Eligibility:
o The scholarship exam is open to 10th and 12th-grade students only.
o The applicant must provide accurate personal and educational details during registration. Any false information will result in disqualification.

2. Registration & Payment:
o To participate in the scholarship exam, candidates must register and pay the exam fee of ₹800.
o The exam fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including absence, cancellation, or disqualification from the exam.

3. Exam Structure:
o The exam will consist of three sections: General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, and SubjectSpecific Questions (based on the candidate’s grade).
o All questions are multiple choice (MCQs).
o The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
o The candidate must complete the exam within the allotted time. Late submissions will not be considered.

4. Scholarship Allocation:
o Scholarships will be awarded based on merit and exam performance. The scholarship distribution is as follows:
▪ 1st to 10th Rank: 100% Scholarship
▪ 11th to 20th Rank: 50% Scholarship
▪ 21st to 30th Rank: 35% Scholarship
▪ 31st to 100th Rank: 15% Scholarship
o Scholarships are applicable for courses at EduonTech’s partner universities only.

5. Negative Marking:
o The exam will include negative marking. For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the total score.

6. Result & Merit List:
o The results will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in the exam.
o Merit-based rankings will be published after the exam is evaluated. Scholarship awards will be sent to eligible candidates.

7. Validity of Scholarship:
o The scholarship is valid for the full duration of the course at EduonTech’s partner universities, provided the candidate maintains satisfactory academic performance and follows the university’s rules and regulations.

8. General Terms:
o EduonTech reserves the right to disqualify any candidate in case of fraudulent activity, cheating, or violation of exam guidelines.
o Any changes to the terms and conditions will be updated on the official EduonTech website and communicated to the registered candidates.

9. Payment & Refund Policy:
o The exam fee is non-refundable. In case of technical issues with the payment, the candidate should contact EduonTech’s support team.
o EduonTech is not responsible for any payment failures or errors made during the payment process.

10. Examination Conduct:
• The candidate must ensure a stable internet connection during the online exam. EduonTech is not responsible for any disruptions caused due to network issues or technical failures on the candidate’s end.

11. Data Privacy:
• By participating in the exam, candidates consent to EduonTech using their personal details for registration, results processing, and scholarship allocation purposes. All data will be handled in compliance with EduonTech’s privacy policy.

12. Acceptance of Terms:
• By registering and participating in the scholarship exam, the candidate agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the exam and forfeiture of the scholarship.
